Job description
Citi Venture Group is looking for a qualified and motivated business consultant to assess and reform business operations, provide expert guidance, and implement projects. Your work will focus on operations, strategy, management, IT, finance, marketing, and HR. A Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration or a related field is required. Previous experience in business consulting is preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Determine business needs and identify weaknesses.
- Assessing and analysing business practices and procedures
- Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
- Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
- Organizing and managing business projects.
- Leading meetings
- working with clients to understand their needs and to agree on the scope of each consulting project
- Attending meetings and compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing to keep clients up to date on progress
- Making recommendations for improvement and presenting these to clients
OTHER EXPECTATIONS:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong research and data collection skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00 per year
