Citi Venture Group is seeking a Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. This role will involve finding and retaining clients by becoming familiar with our services. They will procure potential clients using phone and email to gauge interest and arrange meetings, suggesting broader areas of our services that may appeal to clients. Additionally, they will review client feedback and implement necessary changes, with the aim of winning back dormant or unfulfilled customers by re-presenting the business proposition and investigating any potential dissatisfaction. The role includes setting up face-to-face and teleconference meetings with potential clients for business development purposes or as follow-ups to marketing campaigns. They will also maintain and manage the company database, ensuring contact records are checked and updated, notes and actions are current, and new data is entered as required. Moreover, they will elevate their knowledge and contribute to the company’s strategic growth plan and product roadmap.
