JOB OBJECTIVES:

We require an IT consultant to work with our clients, advising them on using information technology to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.
The IT consultant will plan timescales and the resources needed & clarify the client’s system specifications, and understand their work practices and the nature of their business.

As an IT Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to help customers realize these goals through the use of Campaign’s advanced marketing platform. You will solve complex technical challenges such as integrating multiple data systems via multiple protocols, implementing a solution that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Marketing Cloud. Your knowledge of databases, programming languages, and web technologies will allow you to translate business requirements into detailed designs that ultimately make our customers’ lives easier by leveraging Campaign. To our Clients, you will be the Tech expert and teach them best practices.

DUTIES:

• The IT consultant will require visiting clients where necessary.
• Explain the software, hardware, and network requirements.
• Analyse IT requirements and advice on the use of IT.
• To develop agreed solutions and implement new systems.
• Help clients with change-management activities.
• Introducing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.
• Understanding the clients’ requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.
• Train and educate clients on specific and new aspects of the Platform and related solutions.
• Design, test, install and monitor new systems.
• Create project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables.
• Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

• Adhere to the Code of Ethics for the organisation.
• Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance /timeliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and records for management & staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £31,000.00 per year
