Job description

Citi Venture Group is looking for a project administrator to coordinate project activities, keeping them synchronised and moving forward. They will manage schedules, set goals, arrange assignments, communicate progress and provide motivation to all team members, therefore good Communication and collaboration skills are essential. They will also act as the point of contact for all participants.

They will ensure that our projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Work experience as a project administrator, project coordinator or similar role is required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Preparing action plans, analysing risks and opportunities and gathering necessary resources
  • Responsible for all documentation and administration
  • Supporting relationship management with project participants
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions
  • Track budget and predict future costs
  • Overseeing the timely invoicing of clients and ensuring payments are received
  • Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks
  • Organise and implement formulated policies and procedures
  • Preparing client reports such as delivery forecasts and value of work done
  • Completing handover to service once projects are completed.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

  • Organisational abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, time management and prioritisation skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £27,000.00 per year

Benefits: On-site parking

Schedule: Monday to Friday
